These two day Summer fitness Camps 2006 will offer something for children between the ages 9 – 15 years, they will be especially targeted at those of you that are actively racing in preparation for the coming race season this winter. Helping you to achieve your short and long term goals, giving you new ideas to take away with you to develop your all round fitness and improve your skiing for the future in a fun and effective way. The training will be based on the programs that we use to develop the children in Austria.

We will split you into small groups, based on your age and ability. This allows us to concentrate on those areas that will improve your all round fitness the fastest. The two days will be split into sessions covering all aspects of fitness including strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, balance and lots more. We will be using a local gym and some aspects of the training will take place outside. Join us, have fun and experience some of the best training from the foremost Austrian National trainers. Gain new ideas and skills to enhance your future fitness, to prepare your selves for the coming season and the future. We will have a lot of different activities, both team and individual competitions and lots more......

Our Goals will be encouraging the children to understand why, what and how they do things, so they will learn to understand how they can improve and learn for them selves. This is a very important part of learning to become a racing or skiing, as they have to be able to be aware and make the changes for them selves if they want to get better and progress for future.
